Sake Steamed- (清酒蒸鮭魚)


Sake Steamed- (清酒蒸鮭魚)
Ingredients:
Salmon
Onion
Mushrooms
Butter
Sake
Soy sauce
Lemon
Parsley (optional)
Method:
1. Place baking foil onto a baking pan. On the foil put one layer of butter to prevent the fish from sticking.
2. Slice Onion, mushroom and put them on #1. ( you can add veggies if you want)
3. After cleaning the salmon, use paper towels to dry them. Put Salmon on top of the veggies and some butter chunks. ( add some chicken stock powder)
4. Add sake, then cover the top of the baking pan with another layer of foil.
5. Baked it at 400 degree for 10-15 mins
6. Then, add soy sauce, lemon juice or slices and parsley
7. Serve
