Kung Pao Chicken-宮保雞丁

kung pao chicken
Boneless chicken thigh... 2-3 pieces
Dry chilies................5-6 pieces
Garlic..................... 3
Cooked peanuts half cu p

Marinating ingredients:
Rice wine 1 big teaspoon
Soy sauce 1 big teaspoon
Corn starch 1 big teaspoon

Sauce ingredients:
Soy sauce 2 big teaspoon
Rice wine 1big teaspoon
Sugar 1 big teaspoon
Corn starch 1 teaspoon (mix with 1 big tea spoon of water first)

1.Cut boneless chicken thigh into 1cm and then marinate with “marinating ingredients for 30 mins. Mix all the “sauce ingredients”, chop dry chilies and garlic
2.Heat the cooking pan and put the chicken in until it’s cooked , then take them out first
3.Add 1 tea spoon oil, cook dry chilies and garlic with the low heat
4.When you can smell the garlic and chilies, then you put in the chicken.
5.Add “sauce ingredients” and cook them until it’s almost dry
6.Add peanuts and quickly stir them
