Sir Fry Carrort
Ingredients:
Carrort-1~2 ( depending on how big you buy)
Salt-some
Sugar-some
White pepper-some
Method:
- Peel the skin of the carrorts and cut them into threads.
- Heat the pan and add 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. Add carrorts threads in to the pan.
- Add some water and cover the lid. Cook until carrorts turn soft.
- Add salt, sugar and spary some white pepper
- done
