焦糖鮭魚 Brown Sugar Salmon

Ingredients #1
Salmon- 1 piece (size of a palm)
Soy sauce-1 tsp
Rice wine-1 stsp (you can use white wine or sake)
Salt-half tsp
Black pepper- some         

Ingredients #2
Brown sugar-1 tsp

1. Put ingredients #1 into a pot and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Heat the oven to 400F
3. Place salmon on a baking tray. And pour the marinating sauce on top
4. Spray ingredients #2 on the salmon

5. Bake 15 mins
