Eggplants w/Cheese

Ingredients:
eggplant-1
cheese
Chinese Jah Jan sauce ( I used the Taiwan brand 'wei lih ")

Method:
1. Peel the eggplant's skin off.
2.chop eggplant into small pieces.
3. Mix the eggplant pieces with Jah Jan sauce
4.Put them into a baking pan.
5.cover them with cheese
6.preheat the oven to 350 F
6.bake them for 15mins
7. take it out and serve
